The Weekender Bag is the companion of the adventurer and the planner alike. Spontaneity is closer when everything needed for the an escape fits into one bag. The weekender is made of leather with a supply waxy "hand" that communicates quality. The transparent dye allows for gorgeous tonal variations indicative of high quality hides. Features one large double zippered pocket and two exterior zippered pockets as well as a 60” long, 2” wide shoulder strap. Proudly designed and made in the heart of America.

Leather
We use a combination of two US tanned leathers. Our "Shrunken" American Bison is tanned at Law Tanning in Milwaukee, WI and is one of our favorite and most unique leathers. The hides are between 5-7oz. and are chrome/vegetable re-tanned from bison hides that originated in North America. The leather goes through a complex tanning process that shrinks the hide to enhance the already bold natural grain of bison. Each hide has its own, 100% unique grain pattern much like our fingerprints. They are lightly waxed prior to applying a "hot chromed mirror plate" to give them a rich glossy sheen.
The accent color is English Bridle from Wicket and Craig in Curwensville, Pennsylvania. The vegetable tanned hides age well and an artisanal interest with the shrunken bison.
